2020 Cabernet Sauvignon RSV

Our 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is a true reflection of the talent of our local growers. Sourced from the famous Elephant Mountain Vineyard, the wine opens with vibrant aromas of toasted cedar, vanilla and baking spice. A medium ruby red color delights the eye and a palate of cherries finishing with sturdy tannins and lingering spice completes this delicious wine.  This wine pairs beautifully with hearty seared meats, roasted vegetables and mushrooms - especially Portobello's, Pacific Northwest Morel's and Chanterelle's.
